I support schools to design clear, IB-aligned learning pathways that work both in the classroom and when students are learning remotely. This includes structuring units, weekly learning flows, and student-facing guidance so expectations remain clear even when attendance is irregular.

For schools with students who travel frequently due to sport, competition, or other commitments, I help design systems that maintain academic momentum. The focus is on reducing “catch-up” pressure for both students and teachers, while ensuring IB requirements are still met.

I work with IB teams to strengthen assessment workflows, including IA timelines, scaffolding, feedback processes, and digital organisation. The aim is to make assessment expectations clearer and more manageable for students and staff.

I help schools improve the clarity and consistency of their digital learning environments, working within existing platforms such as ManageBac, Google Classroom, Teams, Moodle, or Canvas. This includes course organisation, naming conventions, and student navigation.

I work with schools on a flexible, part-time basis (for example, one day per week), embedding with leadership and teaching teams to provide ongoing support, implementation, and refinement of digital learning systems.

I work within your current platforms and processes rather than introducing unnecessary tools. The focus is on clarity, consistency, and sustainability, so staff can confidently maintain the system over time.
